Athlete Program:

Mondays and Wednesdays: 3:30pm-4:30pm

Group Fitness Class Workout Types

Mon, Wed, Fri: Weights and Bodyweight Strength training

Tues: Cardio

Thurs: Cardio/Mobility

Sat: Strength and Cardio training

Group Fitness Classes (approx. one hour)
