Our teen fitness program is designed to help junior high and high schoolers get healthier and stronger while making new friends! Teens today don’t get out and do physical things like they used to. This class helps them love exercise and push themselves physically! We play fitness related games, workout with weights, and have a killer time.

We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30pm. Workouts last approximately an hour.
