Our teen fitness program is designed to help junior high and high schoolers enjoy fitness and gain strength, particularly to advance in sports. Whether it’s football, dance, or swim, this program will help them get stronger and make new friends!
We meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 11am. Workouts last approximately an hour.

Professional Coaching
Teens don’t just get access to a gym, they get coaching from a professional trainer! They are there to help with proper technique and help you achieve your goals!
Fun Group Environment
